Cancellation policy

We do everything we can to conveniently remind our clients of their appointments. We strive to provide excellent service and order to do so, we have updated our Cancellation Policy.

“No-shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients waiting for appointments.

Please provide a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes. Clients who cancel appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment times will be charged 75% of the appointment scheduled.

 

Adjustment Policy

If you ever feel your hair cut or color needs an Adjustment, we require you call the Salon within 48 hours to notify us and book an adjustment appointment. If you fail to do so within 48 hours this will be considered a new service, not an adjustment. We want to make sure you are happy with your services, however we do book based on time, thus getting into the schedule may take up to two weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
